Q. What products do you sell in your store?

Our cute little web store currently sells digital products and printables for visual communication projects, personal and small business branding, social media content, planning and more.

Q. Who can use your services / buy your products?

Everyone who is of legal age to own a debit / credit card can use our services or buy our products.

Q. How will I know when you have new products listed in the store?

New product lines and items are announced via our news page and social media channels.

Q. Do you have any promotions or special offers?

From time to time, we will run specific promotions via our social media channels or directly on our website. Keep your eyes peeled for new offers!

 

Q. Do you have any freebies?

Occasionally, we will have freebies available for our subscribers. You can sign up to our newsletter to get all the latest info first and access to exclusive sticker packs.

Q. Are you open to brand partnerships?

Brands that are aligned with our mission and business ethics are more than welcome to contact us for potential collaborations / partnership opportunities.

Q. Do you collect user data from website visitors?

Yes, however the only data we collect via Analytics are demographic parameters such as location, gender, device types and operating systems. This helps us better understand our primary audience base in order to best meet the needs of our visitors. None of this information is shared with any third-parties outside of Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics.

Q. Do you store customer information?

No, we do not retain your personal information and therefore you will need to submit your payment details for each transaction. We can, however, see what orders were made and under what name.

Q. I have an urgent query / enquiry. What do I do?

You can use the contact form and you will receive a response within 24 hours unless an away notice is displayed on the site.
