Terms of Service
To ensure our clients receive the highest level of service, we provide a step-by-step methodical approach to all of your business needs.
Prior to any contracts or agreements, Osupa will always discuss your business needs in full so we can obtain a clear vision of your requirements. Not only that, it enables us to offer the best possible solutions, enabling you to achieve much more. All Osupa clients receive a free 30 minute (approx.) consultation so that we can get to know you and your brand.
2. company research
Concluding our initial consultation, Osupa will then carry out some background research so that we understand exactly what you are looking to accomplish, what framework you currently have in place as well as any other useful information in order to provide an all-inclusive proposal that reflects your business' identity, ethos and service.
3. Market Research
It is absolutely crucial that prior to drawing up any proposals that we review the market that your business operates in. With our services being accessible to so many different sectors, we will always need 24 hours to research which applies to your brand, the current trends, potential pitfalls, market gaps, tools etc.
4. Business Proposal
Once we have completed our research, we will draft up a full business proposal for your consideration. We will then arrange a date and time with you to discuss it in more detail; this will give you the opportunity to ask any questions, make amendments or to include other services should you decide that you would like to include more coverage than initially discussed.
5. Business Agreement
Once you have given us the green light, we will draw up a business agreement in which both parties will discuss and agree to the terms of services outlined for the project. If you have any queries in relation to any of the information outlined, we will go through it with you to explain and define the terminology and / or the statements contained within.
6. Project Commencement
Osupa will always commence the project on the date set within the agreement; providing that we have the agreement returned prior to this date. Therefore, it is vital that we receive the signed agreement prior to the set date to ensure that the project runs on schedule. The date is usually set in line with the client’s preference, however that may not be possible due to any preliminary actions required in order to get the project underway. This will always be discussed during the conversation at stage 5.
7. Invoicing & Payments
Usually, we invoice our clients on a monthly basis (every 30 to 31 days) however, due to specific holiday seasons this may be brought forward by several days. Alternatively, we can invoice weekly should this be to the client's preference. Our clients always have up to 30 days of the invoiced date to ensure the payment is made in full via PayPal, BACs or Bank Transfer. Breaches of these terms could lead to termination of the agreement if a suitable solution isn't met within another 30 days or if mediation between the two parties via a suitable third-party fails.
8. Renewal & New Agreements
Should the contract come to expire, you will have the option to simply renew the agreement or to discuss a new one whereby additional or a change in services can be discussed and implemented. Clients will always have the option to terminate the agreement at any time, providing all outstanding monies and hours worked are paid in full.
Clients past and present will receive a 10% discount on a chosen service when Osupa receives a successful client referral. By that definition, you will receive 10% off your monthly service every time you refer a business or individual that uses our services! This offer last for 3 months. If you refer another business entity or freelancer, you will receive a 10% discount for another 3 months. (Please note: such discounts do not stack in any single month unless you successfully refer four or more clients). If you are able to refer more than four clients, than we would like to discuss an 'Affiliate Program' with your business whereby you could make huge yearly savings, gain FREE publicity through our channels and more.
